Lifetime Residential System Performance Guarantee
- All guarantees and warranties are transferable to ALL future owners of the same property.
- Environmental Works guarantees that our radon reduction system will maintain average long term radon levels below 2.7 pCi/L for a Lifetime*, based upon long term radon testing
- (91 days to 1 year) and subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Contract. *After our initial system(s) is shown to be effective.
- The Client must perform a long-term Alpha-Track Test (Client to purchase and set up independently) and provide Environmental Works with the results. If average radon concentrations exceed 2.7 pCi/L, Environmental Works will make system modifications to reduce radon levels to below the WHO action level, and at no cost to the Client*. *Single fan system and up to two suction points.
- Environmental Works will replace defective mechanical or electrical components of the system up to 20 years after system installation and beginning at the time of system activation. (Radon fans covered under manufacturer’s warranty).
AMG® Radon Fans hold a full manufacturers replacement warranty of 5 years (Optional 5 year extended warranty- 10 year total), and Environmental Works will replace the fan at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE during the guarantee period. - Homes with high water tables, ground/surface water intrusion, unsealed or improperly installed/sealed foundations/crawlspaces, below-slab impediments to sub-slab pressure extension, or electrical issues, may inhibit a mitigation system’s efficacy and require additional mitigation measures not covered in the scope/cost of an Environmental Works proposal.
