Requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Minimum 1 year working with specialty residential home inspections
• Experience working with sewer video equipment
• Must be able to pass a driver's license and background check
• Basic computer skills a must
• Previous experience performing sewer scopes and inspections is a plus

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with our clients and team members
• Demonstrate the ability to manage time well and to multitask

Environmental Works is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time Radon Mitigation Technician.

Construction experience is a plus; Experience not necessary, we will train the right candidate.

Overview: Acquiring basic knowledge of radon as well as mastering the specific construction techniques required to complete the job. Candidate must be able to handle large power tools and lift objects weighing over 50 pounds. The job consists of installing radon fans attaching pipe that is installed to the roof giving the opportunity for radon to exit the home. The ability to perform duties in an orderly and professional manner is necessary. Candidate will be working in client’s home daily, must poses a professional and courteous demeanor.

Requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Previous experience in construction/remodeling a plus
• Ability to learn quickly; learn the construction practices
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Demonstrate the ability to manage time well and to multitask
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
• Good customer service and sales skills

The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly and handle general construction tasks including the use of roto hammers, hole drills, cut and glue plastic vent pipes, etc. You must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in crawlspaces, perform construction-related tasks including the use of power tools and moderate lifting, working on ladders, and basic roof repair installing pipe flashing. Training will be provided, with pay raises based upon performance.
