We are currently searching for a full time Radon Mitigation Technician. Radon is a naturally occurring gas that can get trapped in buildings and can cause lung cancer over time.

Overview: You will be installing radon mitigation systems in residential and commercial properties. Experience is not necessary; we will train the right candidate. Construction experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with power tools is a plus. We are seeking people eager to become trained and potentially certified in the exciting and growing Radon Industry. The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly and handle general construction tasks. You must be able to work indoors and outdoors, and occasionally in crawlspaces.

Requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Previous experience in construction/remodeling a plus
• Ability to learn quickly; learn the construction practices
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Demonstrate the ability to manage time well and to multitask
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
• Good customer service and sales skills

12.21.2021 | Directional Driller/Excavator/Machine Operator.
We are currently accepting applications for a Full-Time Directional Driller/Excavator/Machine Operator.

We are looking for a candidate with excavation experience eager to learn directional drilling. The job will also include operating an excavator to dig trenches to repair or install sewer lines & underground utilities. Using trench shoring and safety; often working hand and hand with the sewer and drain departments.

Requirements and responsibilities include:
• Must have experience operating an excavator 
• Trench Safety/Shoring experience
• Experience with drilling is a plus, willing to train the right candidate
• CDL license is a plus
• Must be willing to do physical labor
• Ability to tow and maneuver trailers
• Previous experience installing residential sewer lines a plus

We are fast-growing, locally owned, and looking for hard workers with positive attitudes to drive roll-off/ dropbox trucks and assist in the field as needed.
This is a skilled-level position. You must have 2 years experience OR 1 year with roll-off/dropbox trucks. Excavation experience is a huge plus!

Environmental Works is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time General Labor (excavation, concrete, pipe layer) This job would be great for you if you are a hardworking, multitasking, problem solving rock star! 

Overview: To assist in all aspects of underground residential sewer line work from trenching to installing. You will be driving large construction vehicles, parking trailers, digging, concrete, site clean-up, etc.

• Sewer line repair and installation experience a plus, we will train ideal candidate
• Comfortable driving large vehicles in the Portland Metro Area
• Demonstrate ability to manage time well and to multitask
• Self motivated team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to pass background check
