This NE Portland home had very elevated levels of radon which needed to be reduced before the new home buyers moved in.  Our radon systems are always designed uniquely to each home to maximize radon gas reduction while being as quiet and aesthetically pleasing as possible.  It took one day to install our sub-slab depressurization system, essentially pulling air from under the basement floor and routing that through an inline radon fan and venting to above roof line.  This radon system is simple and very effective for reducing radon gas in a home.  We of course followed up with a short term radon test using our continuous radon monitor (CRM).  With this active radon system installed we reduced this homes radon levels from 25 pCi/L to less than 1 pCi/L!
